Its My Birthday And I'll Cry If I Want To....

Yesterday was my birthday and I had a fantastic day. Firstly I got a great card from my boyfriend.

 To Clarify, I am a massive Star Trek fan and our hamster name is Bones. If you like Star Trek you will understand.

Next we took a trip to my favorite shop Forbidden Planet to buy some geektastic things.


I added a Darth Vader and a Boba Fett bobble-head to my collection.

I also added to my graphic novel collection. I may do a review once I have read them but I do need volume 1. These are 2 and 3.

I finished off the day by watching the epic Band Of Brother which is where the crying came in.

Anyway that was a short description of my birthday I had a brilliant day.

Cosplay WIP

I just wanted to share a bit more of my Cosplay work in progress. Daedric Armour is coming along nicely. I finished sanding. All the piece sanded ready for paint. Got as much a I could painted until I ran out of spray paint. The next thing I'm working in is the Cheshire Cat from Alice Madness Returns. I am using a different medium on this I am using Worbla . Worbla I just brilliant you heat it and it becomes pliable, then you mould it in to shape and it hardens this way. This is what I've done so far. Its very messy but I think I am doing well with it. The House Of Night - Not really a review but what I think of it....

Hello All, I hope you are all very well this fine Sunday. So yesterday I finished Redeemed the last book in the House Of Night. I have been reading these books since about 2010 is started reading them a little late as the first book came out in 2007. The series is made up of 12 books and 4 novellas. The books are: Marked Betrayed Chosen Untamed Hunted Tempted Burned Awakened Destined Hidden Revealed Redeemed The novellas are: Dragon's Oath Lenobia's Vow Nerefet's Curse Kalona's Fall This series is essentially about a vampire finishing school The House Of Night. The vampires in these books are different to traditional vampires, they are marked as vampires as teenagers by the Goddess Nyx and not every fledgling vampire makes the Change. ****Disclaimer Spoilers**** So I've been watching Penny Dreadful over the last few weeks ans last night was the last episode so I thought I would write down what I thought about it. So when I saw the adverts for I thought it was just a Gothic drama set in Victorian London. Boy was I wrong lets do a run down on the characters. Sir Malcolm Murray Sir Malcolm is the main protagonist. He is an aged explorer. The story is centred around him and his quest to find his daughter, Mina, who has been taken by an entity known only as the master. (My bet is the master is none other then Dracula) He shares his house with: Vanessa Ives Vanessa is essentially Sir Malcolm's adoptive daughter. He has known her all her life.
